Char Dham Yatra By Helicopter With Kedarnath Stay

Yamunotri to Gangotri : After breakfast, fly to Harsil. On arrival, check in to your hotel. Later, leave for Gangotri Temple by Innova car. Return to the hotel and, after lunch, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure amidst the beautiful surroundings. Transfer from Kharsali Helipad (Yamunotri) to Harsil (Gangotri) By Helicopter.

Gangotri - Sersi - Kedarnath : After breakfast, fly to Kedarnath. (There will be a stopover at Sersi/Phata/Sitapur for a helicopter changeover.) Upon arrival at Sersi/Phata/Sitapur, proceed to Shri Kedarnath Ji Dham. Later, you will be taken to the Kedarnath Temple for darshan and then return to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Transfer from Harsil (Gangotri) There will be a stopover at Sersi/Phata/Sitapur for a helicopter changeover, fly to Kedarnath.

Kedarnath - Sersi - Badrinath : In the morning, return to Sersi/Phata/Sitapur and enjoy breakfast at the nearest hotel. Later, fly to Badrinath. On arrival, check in to your hotel. After lunch, proceed for a day trip to Mana Village. In the evening, visit the Badrinath Temple for darshan, then return to the hotel for dinner Transfer from Sersi/Phata/Sitapur you will fly to Badrinath.

Badrinath - Dehradun : Breakfast at Hotel and proceed to Helipad for your return flight to Dehradun Note: Guests, who would like to book their return journeys from Dehradun, can book their flights/trains after 1800 hrs on the last day of tour. Registration: Please ensure that you have obtained your registration slip from https://registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in/ for your travel date. Permits will be issued accordingly and must be carried during the tour. Flights Booking: Guests should always book refundable air tickets to avoid situations where travel days need to be extended due to unavoidable circumstances. Baggage Capacity: Do Dham Yatra by helicopter, baggage capacity is strictly limited to 5 kg per person in duffel bag only Operation of Helicopter The yatra is operated in collaboration with third party helicopter operators. All flight operations are subject to weather conditions, government regulations,VVIP movements and other external factors beyond our control. Departure Timings Departure times are confirmed one day prior as per slots given by UCADA. Timings may change due to weather conditions, VVIP movements, or maintenance work. Tour Manager & Branding We have our own Tour Manager in Dehradun who conducts the Pre Yatra briefing with the partner's team and sets expectations. Additionally, one Tour Manager is based at Kedarnath. Guests also usually see partner branding on the vehicles. Assisted Darshan All assisted darshan arrangements are subject to the Mandir Samiti and Uttarakhand Government. Due to heavy rush, even VIP darshan and special puja may involve a waiting time of 2-3 hours, especially at Kedarnath. Kedarnath Shuttle Passengers will land at Sitapur/Phata/Sersi helipad and receive a slot to fly to Kedarnath. Timings for these non scheduled flights are provided upon arrival. Guests should expect a waiting period of 3-4 hours depending on ground situations. Slot Information As per our contracting, Guest fly in the second slot (after 1100 Hours) for Kedarnath stay/ Do Dham packages, Depending on the weather conditions. This sometimes gives impression that operator is giving preference to the other guest. Bad Weather Situation at Kedarnath: Due to bad weather, is unable to return and gets stranded at Kedarnath, the customer will be required to make direct payment for their stay at Kedarnath. Seating and Capacity Each helicopter can accommodate 6 passengers with a maximum total weight of 450 kg. Booking 6 seats does not mean all passengers will travel together or that it will be a private charter. Body Weight Each passenger's actual body weight must be provided at the time of booking. The average limit is under 75 kg per person. Passengers exceeding 75 kg should check with Operations Team for available dates and supplement cost. Weight Exceeds If the declared weight exceeds by more than 2 kg at the time of travel, the operator reserves the right to de board such guests, and the amount paid will be non refundable. Helipads Multiple helipads are available for flights to Kedarnath, including Sersi, Phata, Guptkashi, and Sitapur. Guests may board from any of these locations. Facilities: Please note that heaters and blowers are not available in the hotels during Yatra. Guests are advised to carry adequate warm clothing to stay comfortable during their stay. VIP Darshan: All VIP Darshan arrangements are entirely at the discretion of the Mandir Samiti and the Uttarakhand Government. Guests who would like to book their return journeys from Dehradun can book their flights/trains after 1800 hrs. on the last day of the tour.
