Arrival Tbilisi Welcome to Georgia! Known as the "Cradle of Wine" and nestled at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, Georgia is a land of breathtaking landscapes, ancient history, and warm hospitality. From the snow-capped Caucasus Mountains to lush valleys and vibrant cities, Georgia offers a unique blend of culture, tradition, and modern charm. Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Check-in at the hotel (standard time approx. 14:00 hrs.). The rest of the day is free for you to relax and explore the city at your own pace.
Tbilisi City Tour Enjoy Breakfast at the Hotel After breakfast, begin your Tbilisi city tour at Metekhi Church and the monument of King Vakhtang Gorgasali. Walk through Rike Park and cross the modern Bridge of Peace before taking the cable car up to Narikala Fortress for panoramic city views and a visit to the Mother of Georgia statue. Descend into the Sulphur Bath area, pass the city's only mosque, and take a short walk to the Legvtakhevi Waterfall. Continue exploring Old Tbilisi as you pass through Meidan Square and the lively Shardeni Street filled with cafés and shops. Visit the historic Sioni Church before heading onward to Freedom Square and the iconic Rustaveli Avenue. Later, continue to Mtatsminda Park, a hilltop amusement park offering excellent views of the city. Conclude your day with a visit to the impressive Chronicles of Georgia monument near the Tbilisi Sea before returning to your hotel.
